They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator– who is forever praised. Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. I even picked a section of the New Testament just to make sure that nobody could bring up the Gentle Jesus point.   1. Yep. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. My view is that religion is evil and encourages humankind to do the most vile, wicked acts imaginable. All in the name of God. If all the variations of God’s holy books–the Koran, the Bible, etc.–encourages this behavior (and they do), then perhaps it is God and his believers who are immoral. I’ll take the moral compass behind atheism any day.
