Day 3 of Being REALLY Primal



I’ve really slacked off the past few months and my weight has plateaued at 140. My goal is 120 lbs  and I’m 5′ 3″. Today’s breakfast was simple boiled eggs with some spaghetti squash hash browns, caramelized onions and a little salt & pepper.  I have to admit, the hash browns were amazing! I can’t wait to try them out on my husband tonight.

    • It helps when you can make yummy food. I’ve been combing the internet for recipes like you wouldn’t believe! The spaghetti squash hash browns are going to be a big hit 😀 We use it with regular spaghetti sauce too and it tastes great! You can cook it in advance and store it in the fridge for 3 days. You can’t freeze it though. It turns to mush if you do.
